What Share Classes We Offer

Our Funds provide three classes of shares: Class A, Class C, and Class I. Each class represents ownership in the same portfolio but differs in fees and sales charges. Your choice of share class should be based on your investment goals, the amount you plan to invest, and how long you intend to hold your investment.

Class A & C Shares:

Class A Shares: Purchased at the net asset value (NAV) plus a sales charge, which varies depending on the fund and investment amount. There are no sales charges on reinvested distributions.

Class C Shares: Offered without an upfront sales charge, your entire investment goes into the fund. However, these shares have higher ongoing fees. They may incur a deferred sales charge if redeemed within a specific time frame.

Class I Shares:

Class I shares are exclusively available to institutional clients and fee-based investment advisors. These shares are offered at NAV without any sales charges, ongoing distribution fees, or redemption fees, providing a cost-effective option for eligible investors.
